Method
- Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into thin 1–2 mm rounds.
- Soak slices in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Dry the slices completely with a paper towel.
- Season slices with oil, salt, chili powder, chaat masala, turmeric, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Cool and serve, optionally garnished with lemon juice or extra chaat masala.
Notes
- Slice potatoes as thin as possible for maximum crispiness.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Adjust spices to taste.
