Ingredients
  

  • - 2 medium potatoes
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
  • - ½ teaspoon salt
  • - ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • - ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • - ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • - ½ teaspoon paprika optional
  • - ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • - Optional garnish: lemon juice fresh coriander leaves

Method
 

  1. Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into thin 1–2 mm rounds.
  2. Soak slices in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Dry the slices completely with a paper towel.
  4. Season slices with oil, salt, chili powder, chaat masala, turmeric, paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  6. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Cool and serve, optionally garnished with lemon juice or extra chaat masala.

Notes

  • Slice potatoes as thin as possible for maximum crispiness.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Adjust spices to taste.
