  • 1- inch ginger sliced
  • 2 liters water
  • Optional: honey to taste
Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink
  • 1 –2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 glass warm water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon
Green Tea & Mint Detox
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 5 –6 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 liter water
Cucumber Lemon Detox Water
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 liters water
  • Optional: mint leaves
Berry Detox Smoothie
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • Optional: honey
Ginger Turmeric Detox Drink
  • 1- inch ginger sliced
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 liter hot water
  • Lemon juice & honey to taste
Cinnamon Apple Detox Water
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 liters water
Aloe Vera Lemon Detox Drink
  • 2 tbsp aloe vera gel
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice of half lemon
Watermelon Mint Detox
  • 2 cups watermelon cubes
  • 1 liter water
  • Fresh mint leaves
Lemon Cayenne Pepper Detox Drink
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 glass warm water
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

Lemon Ginger Detox Water
  1. Add lemon and ginger slices to a pitcher of water.
  2. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
  3. Sip throughout the day.
Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink
  1. Mix apple cider vinegar, honey, and warm water.
  2. Stir well and drink before meals.
Green Tea & Mint Detox
  1. Brew green tea and let cool.
  2. Add mint leaves and lemon juice.
  3. Serve chilled.
Cucumber Lemon Detox Water
  1. Combine cucumber, lemon, and mint in water.
  2. Let infuse overnight.
